Trip up Hudson. Ruth came in with me in the morning. Willa, Ruth and I went together – 16 from Caldwell. Beautiful rainbow and sunset coming down. Willa went home with me, stayed over Sunday. Reached home about 12 o’clock. Went by way of tubes.

Started on a trip with Uncle Rene at 8 o’clock. Left Suffern at 9:30. Went to Port Jean’s and around Dinghams Ferry, Newton & Lake Hopatcong & home. Reached home at 7 o’clock. Beautiful Day.
