Snowed like mad in afternoon & night. Worst snow of winter. George had tickets for Kewanee Minstrel but did not go. Played cards with me.

Papa went to fight. Mama, Flop, George & I went to Proctors. All went down in car. Met Papa & took Mr. Goldsmith home.

Cloudy in morning. Beautiful in afternoon. Wind came up in early evening. Rode around near home in afternoon. Went to Suffern at night. Took up windshields for Uncle Rene. House all torn up waiting for paper hangers.

Went to movies with Mildred. Saw Dick Barthelmers in Twenty One. M.E.W.’s played at Verona High School. M.E.W.’s won 41 to 39. George knocked out for 5 minutes.
