Mama, Papa, Geo, Florence & I went to see Wildflower. Edith Day – East supper at Fichs’ at 30th St & Broadway. Wonderful night.

Very cold early in morning, around zero. Warmed up in afternoon and evening. Geo went skating. Put windsheilds in my good coat. Went to bed at 10:30.

Very cold night about 3 above zero at 10 pm. Mama, Papa, Geo & I played 500 until about 10 o’clock. We got Sparky at noontime.

Left at 9:15 to go to Lakehurst to see Shenandoah or 3R1. Had dinner at Tom’s River, went to Lakehurst and saw Shenandoah. Left for home at 2 o’clock. Reached home at 5:15. Left for Suffern at 5:30. Geo did not go with us to Suffern. Geo & Florence White did go with us to Lakehurst.

Miss Sweeny, Miss W., Miss P., Miss K., Willa and myself went to see Fred Stone in “Stepping Stones”. Went to movies at night with Mama, saw Tom Mix in “Left Boiled”.

Played five hundred with Mama. Took bath & curled hair and went to bed.

We all went down to basketball game at Overbrook. M.E.W.’s played Franklin St. school from Montclair. M.E.W.’s won.

Poured like mad. Geo met me in delivery car at station. Mama went to Newark & got wet. Papa went to Newark with Lurch for a load & got wet. Shenandoah broke lose from its hangar. S.O.S. call out came up around Newark.
