Ruth Glazier came down in afternoon, started sweater for her. Ma went to Movies at night. Took skirt down to be pleated. Took coat & skirt to tailor.

Ma & I went to Newark shopping. Bought material for wool crepe skirt.

Miss Sweney’s birthday. Gave her step-ins. Bought center piece to embroider.

Stayed in bed till noon. After supper went down to Vincent’s farm looking for peaches.

We all went down to Seidler’s Beach. Taken sick to stomach & could not go back to Suffern.

We all came out to Caldwell. Had lunch at our house & then took Ma with us to Plainfield. Back to Suffern about 6:30.

Aunt Aggie & Uncle Rene & I went to Paterson to call on Mrs. Lorden. Beautiful Day.

Went to Sunday School. Carl walked down with me to tell me about play MEW’s are going to have. Aunt Aggie & Uncle Rene came out and wanted us to show them the way to South Orange. I went home with them. Folks got home from trip about 2:45.

Folks spent Saturday night at Stamford, NY. Rained all Sat. afternoon. Went up street & did some shopping & came home & went to bed.

Ma & Pa at Buffalo & Cooperstown. Ros – Ernie & Hugh came down to arrange for League Meeting. Institute Night. George went to movies. Ros & Hugh left to go to movies. Ernest took me to the movies. Saw chained lightning.
